Perry says: My tutoring covers all areas of the test and includes real GRE practice tests on paper and online. By working on real tests, released by the test maker, you can be assured you are preparing on the topics you will see on the test and at the appropriate level of difficulty. My approach is to use all the real tests ETS has released and, if more materials are needed then to use other testing materials that I have found to be most reflective of the real test. |
How Can We Help?We include online practice tests since the experience of taking the test on a computer is substantially different from taking a paper test. When sitting for the GRE, students must use the on-screen calculator for math question (and cannot bring their own calculator); the online practice tests will provide experience with the on-screen calculator.
Our math curriculum covers GRE Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry and Data Analysis. We teach skills for dealing with Quantitative Comparison, Multiple Choice, and Numeric Entry questions. Our Verbal Reasoning curriculum teaches skills for the test’s Reading Comprehension, Text Completion and Sentence Equivalence questions. Most students find the GRE vocabulary requirements challenging, so we incorporate vocabulary work into our assignments. |
